There are only minute marks or scratches. This is for N-Scale. Couplers are there and work well. There are metal wheels. The wheels are free of dents. There is one pair of wheels missing and there is minor rust. This item is not in its original packaging, but is in a Atlas N-Scale box. The packaging is in excellent condition.
