Description
Burned and Broken acts as a translation book for Spire characters, and does everything needed to make them ready for an adventure in the Heart: namely, it has the Ministry sell them out and takes away almost everything they held dear. Outnumbered and hunted both by their old enemies and former masters, these ex-Ministers must navigate the labyrinthine slums of Derelictus before they can escape to the (relative) safety of the City Beneath. This sourcebook allow players and gamesmasters to blend together campaigns and one-off sessions of Heart and Spire without compromising either game’s rules or theme. This 2024 printing has been updated with errata, layout upgrades, and a spine to ease shelving and collecting. A copy of Heart: The City Beneath is required to use this book fully.
