This O gauge building is in Very Good Condition from a smoke-free home/collection. There are no missing parts. The original red paint is painted over in a slate/grey colour. The roof is repainted black, and the columns white. The lights’ wiring to the base’s hookup points is cut, but taped back together. The lights are tested and found to shine when powered. This building is ready for installation on your layout.
